For more than 27 years Rob Buccieri has helped corporate and individual clients resolve difficult disputes. In that span, Rob has served as lead trial counsel, mediator or counselor to hundreds of clients in commercial, corporate, real estate, construction and financial service disputes.
He is a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and a member of its Professional Responsibility and Risk Management Practice Group. Rob has litigated matters in state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals including state licensing boards and FINRA. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States Supreme Court and federal courts in the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California and Colorado.
Rob serves as a panel mediator for the United States District Court, Northern District of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco and California Association of Realtors, as well as an arbitrator for FINRA. Rob is regularly recognized as a Super Lawyer; a designation conferred on less than 5% of attorneys statewide. He regularly speaks and presents topics pertaining to mediation, indemnity, risk management and dispute avoidance ranging from professional responsibility to financial services compliance.
Prior to law school, Rob was a successful entrepreneur and licensed securities broker. In his spare time, he spends time running from one kid’s sporting event to the other or in the mountains with his wife, three kids and their trusted canine.
